Welcome! I am Paul Erdman, the author, host, and webmaster for The Classical Connection. It all started with an e-mail I sent to the Delicious Agony staff asking them to play some classical music and show how it related to prog -- the next thing I knew, I had been recruited to do this show! I took the show's name from the title of an album by keyboardist Rick Wakeman, as it seemed quite appropriate.

It is my hope that fans of both genres will listen with open minds, with the intent to expand their musical horizons.
